Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Initial Payments made towards the cost of WordPress theme, Plugins or hosting setup are non refundable as we pay that amount instantly to the theme seller or hosting service provider to use their content or hosting services while working on your project. The amount are clearly mentioned in each invoice we send to you and are in US Dollars(USD) unless mentioned otherwise.
2. If you wish to cancel any website development contract, we request you to inform us as soon as possible. We can cancel the contract and refund you any additional payment made by you towards the cost of project after deducting the cost of theme, plugin, any software purchased and or hosting charges, plus a 10% processing fee.
3. All maintenance packages are for a minimum period of 6 months unless mentioned otherwise. The monthly maintenance plan is only applicable when you subscribe for a yearly contract and the charges will be deducted on monthly basis as per the payment terms setup with the payment gateway/ checkout service providers such as PayPal or Stripe.
4. If you wish to cancel the annual maintenance or half yearly contract in between, please contact us to inform in advance. We will refund you based on a pro rata basis and will also levy an additional 10% processing charge.
5. In case you want to cancel the auto annual renewal, please inform us in writing (email) at least one month prior to the renewal date. All communication must be sent to [email protected]
6. An administrative fee of $25 will be charged if you do not make payment on time or do not renew the support plan on time. we will send you a reminder email at least 7 days in advance with a link to renew your website maintenance and support plan. Any specific needs or issue can be communicated to us by email to avoid late payment charges. On paying the administrative fee you get additional 15 days to renew the maintenance package again. If you have not made the payment within 20 days from the expiration of the support package, then your support package will stand cancelled.
7. Please note that the PHP project once bought and if the file is downloaded, will never be refunded in whatsoever case may be. For any bug in the software or non-functioning feature will be supported by us. Please contact us for any issue in the program or for support to set up the project.
8. Any refund or cancellations promised to you will be processed within 7 business days and you may receive the credit within 15 days from the issuance of the refund from our end. This totally depends upon your banking partner as how soon they process the transaction. We will notify you of the refund transaction from our end once its processed.
